Jesse M. Goldfine joined Barr & Associates, P.C. in 2003 after practicing law with one of Boston's leading firms. He represents the firm's clients in the areas of real estate and commercial law.

At Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston, Jesse's practice focused on transactional work including the representation of private equity firms and public and private companies in general corporate and securities matters, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and recapitalizations.

Jesse graduated from Boston University School of Law, with honors, in 2001, and from Franklin and Marshall College in 1997. During law school, Jesse served as Editor of the Annual Review of Banking Law, was the recipient of the Dean's Book Award, and was honored as a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar.
